Tickets
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can print it or show it on your phone — both work for us.
Will tickets be sold during the festival?
You can buy tickets at the festival, subject to remaining availability, and prices will be higher on site.
Is the festival open to minors?
Of course — everyone is welcome and encouraged to come.
I have a disability — is the festival accessible?
Yes, of course. Easier access for people with reduced mobility is available. Please contact us by email if you need assistance: info@groovesession.ch.
I'm coming by car — where can I park?
Access via the Maladière car park, right next to the venue.
Is every exit final?
No — with your wristband you can come back in without any problem.
Payments
How can I pay during the festival?
In cash, by card or with TWINT.
Do you accept euros?
No, unfortunately. We recommend coming with Swiss francs. You can withdraw them at a nearby ATM or exchange them at the train station.
